DUKE STREET

This is a drawing of old houses at the corner of Duke Street & West Street, about 1870. These buildings were all owned by Mr Trill who occupied 22 Duke Street, as a printing works, 23 as a baby linen warehouse, while at 54 West Street, he was in business as a ladies outfitter and stay manufacturer.
